The kitchen is a frameless carcass construction, made from coated engineered board, with lay-on water-resistant HDF handleless doors sprayed with scratch and heat resistant matt finish paint.
The doors are mounted on soft-sprung self-closing hinges reducing the need for catches, and are opened using a discreet channelled finger groove pull.
The kitchen drawers are made using Blum grey steel soft close draw runners with HDF painted drawer fronts featuring finger groove edges.
The kitchen worktops and plinths and made from brushed aluminium sheet laminated onto birch plywood. Sinks are a slimline top-mounted design in a stainless steel mirror finish.
All kitchen appliances are integrated and hidden behind handless doors for a sleek uncluttered look.
A fridge freezer is built into a faux wall under the stairs to the loft, along with hidden storage, behind birch plywood panelling and bespoke push-to-release doors.
The kitchen island has a raised breakfast counter, made from birch plywood and with a laminated brushed aluminium worktop. The range cooker is centred between two bespoke cabinets, with a stainless steel splashback and a contemporary slimline extractor.
Throughout the entire downstairs, feature walls and pillars are clad with whitened lacquered birch plywood panelling, which is secured in place with adhesive to reduce the amount of visible fixings for a streamlined finish. The shuttered concrete fireplace feature box alcove shelves also lined with birch plywood by Handcraft Furnishings.
The staircase features an integrated handrail recessed into the panelling for a simple minimalist finish. The interior birch plywood panelling is scribed to the ceiling and fitted around electrical outlets and switches. Each panel maintains a 2mm shadow-gap at each joint and follow a uniform height around the ground floor.
The family room lounge features birch plywood wall panelling, birch plywood bookshelves, fitted media center built into the window sill, and birch plywood window seat.
The home office is entirely constructed from birch plywood with bespoke fitted shelves and workstation featuring a smooth white formica work surface.
In the main bathroom is a floating vanity unit made from water-resistant HDF with handleless push-to-release doors, and a lacquered birch plywood worktop.
